Gay Chacker & Ginsburg won a recent jury trial in Camden County, NJ that resulted in a $1.5 Million award for our plaintiff. The case involved a 50 year old woman who injured her dominant right hand after a fall on a sidewalk near a train station that was not properly maintained by PATCO, the Port Authority Transit Company.

Below is a brief segment of surveillance footage provided by PATCO. On the left side of the screen, you will see our plaintiff walking slightly ahead of her daughter and granddaughter when she suddenly stumbles falling forward and to the ground. On the right side of the screen, you see the same events just zoomed in. Gay Chacker & Ginsburg skillfully used this during witness testimony to point out to the jury that our plaintiff was looking straight ahead as she walked.

Gay Chacker & Ginsburg also created a damages blackboard outlining the plaintiff’s past and future losses overlaid on images of her dominant right hand emphasizing how much she has endured and the daily reminders provided by her limitations and scars.
