Three Gay Chacker & Ginsburg Attorneys Selected to 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

Gay Chacker & Ginsburg is pleased to announce that attorneys Edward F. Chacker, Brian S. Chacker, and James A. Wells have been selected to the 2026 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list.

Super Lawyers recognizes attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Its annual selection process combines peer nominations and evaluations with independent research, with no more than 5% of attorneys in each state selected to the Super Lawyers list.

For Gay Chacker & Ginsburg, the 2026 selections continue a long history of recognition for the firm’s attorneys.

Edward F. Chacker has been selected to Super Lawyers for 22 years, including every year since 2008. Throughout more than five decades of practice, he has represented clients in personal injury, civil rights, medical malpractice, and other complex matters while also holding numerous leadership positions within Philadelphia’s legal community.

Brian S. Chacker has been selected to the Super Lawyers list every year since 2013. His practice focuses primarily on representing people injured through automobile and truck accidents, unsafe premises, medical malpractice, and other serious injury matters, as well as clients in civil rights cases.

James A. Wells has again been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list for 2026. Wells represents plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, and professional liability matters and was also recognized by Super Lawyers in 2025 and from 2013 through 2016.
