With more than a decade of experience in the legal field, Maureen A. Chacker brings a unique skill set and background to the firm. She focuses her practice primarily on estate planning, where she guides clients through the creation and modification of wills and trusts as well as the protection of assets and more.
Prior to joining the firm, Maureen worked as a trust administrator for a prominent wealth management company in Philadelphia, where she administered high-asset accounts in compliance with governing documents, statutory guidelines, and bank policy and procedure. She then worked for a large trust company that provides philanthropic advisory services to nonprofit organizations. It was in these roles, as well as her work as a judicial and law clerk, that she built the knowledge and experience that Maureen applies to her clients’ needs at Gay Chacker & Ginsburg.
