Pennsylvania car accidents could lead to legal claims

Speed can often play a role in serious crashes. These car accidents may have catastrophic outcomes that affect several people, and some of those people may not survive such incidents. When fatalities result from wrecks, there may be legal repercussions that could also have a significant impact if the families of the victims wish to pursue civil claims.

Reports stated that a recent accident in Pennsylvania had devastating outcomes. The incident took place around 1 a.m. when a vehicle that was possibly speeding left the roadway. The car crashed into a light pole and then a brick wall at a gas station. There were three individuals inside the vehicle at the time of the accident, including the driver. They were reported as being two men and one woman.

The two men suffered fatal injuries in the incident. They were reported as being 40 years old and 28 years old. The 27-year-old woman was able to get out of the vehicle after the wreck. It was unclear who was driving at the time of the accident. Reports stated that the event was still under investigation, but speed was a suspected factor.

These types of car accidents may leave surviving family members wondering how they could lose a loved one so quickly. Their emotional and financial struggles stemming from this type of incident could be significant. If the families of accident victims wish to seek compensation from drivers considered at fault, they may wish to consider filing wrongful death claims in order to pursue damages permitted under Pennsylvania law.
